Mothers Day Review: Waited 1 hr to be seated ,We were greeted by our server to take our drink orders since we were waiting for a hour we pretty much new wut we all wanted we had 6 in our party . I rarely write negative reviews. I will extend everyone the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day. However. In those circumstances, actions by management - not just lip service - is expected. "I'm sorry" and a shrug does not cut it. This visit to Keke's will be our last. We arrived just before noon and told the wait would be 20 minutes. Nearly 45 minutes later we were seated. No explanation, just "sorry about the wait." I absolutely love this place on a normal day. HOWEVER, we got here at noon. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait. We were finally sat after 45 minutes (with no explanation for the delay given). Once we were sat, we got our drinks quickly and then our order was taken. We've now waited at our table for another 45 minutes. Still no food. Once it arrived (at 50 minutes) it was wrong. Sorry, but never coming back again. My kids were brought juice in a small plastic cup. $2.99 each. They charge additional for every refill. So, $12 for 2 kid's drinks. Service was very slow, despite the restaurant being half capacity. We gave this place a chance, but wildly unimpressed.

I've been to many places around Ocala for breakfast. This was the absolute worst experience so far. The chef needs to be changed. Waited more than 30 minutes for a table, yet half the restaurant was empty. Even worse, waited an hour for the food to come out. Then the food was so greasy and undercooked. It felt really bad. They may have tried their best and blame "Covid" But that just isn't enough, seriously. I'm not upset, just disappointed. Which is worse. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone in its current condition.

One of the worst breakfast experiences of my life. Bland food and terrible service. My server was Noelle. She was the worst. Attitude sucked and she was very forgetful. Now on to the more. I ordered the south west omelet which came with home fries. It was extremely under seasoned, the eggs remained me of a sponge and the home fries were basically raw. Save your time. Food is pretty good but the service ruins it. My child's food came out 20 minutes after everyone else's, and i had to ask for it. Waitress didn't stop by once to check on us, i needed several condiments, straws, and napkins, but my food got cold before i got anything. Pancakes and waffles were good, they have a good idea.. maybe order that to satisfy your sweet tooth but definitely get it to GO. Hi i was in Ocala the other day and with the multitude of places to dine we decided to try your cafe -- our waitress was awesome -- place clean food ok -- i give places 1 of 2 ratings again or been there done that which is what you are getting and here is why -- i am on a restricted diet-- cant have carbs so i ordered a cheese steak omlet $11.99 pricy but ok .. could not eat the sides of toast and homefries instead of prorating my meal i got charged $11.99 for omelet only and an additional $2.95 for a dish of cottage cheese ... read more

This is a terrible place. The food is over priced, and the wait is long. A family of three arrived slightly before us, and they will be finished eating even before we start. Our waiter is rude and took s long while to get back to us. I hate this place, and well never come back.
