We were stuck back in a corner near the kitchen where it was very cold. The food was only okay, and neither of us finished our meal.

We sat 10+ minutes after being seated with no hello. A woman who wasn't even our assigned server eventually came over and said she had walked past us multiple times and never saw us get helped. She took our drink and food order. After we received our food, no less than 5 minutes later, our assigned server came over and dropped off the check (we just began eating FYI) without a greeting or apology, then immediately began walking away. The pancakes are pretty good but the food I don't know cause they accidentally threw it away. I ordered a breakfast wrap, and a banana pancake I decided to take the wrap to go. I boxed it took my daughter to the bathroom and when I came out it was thrown to the trash. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders with out an apology.

NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!!!! I am in a wheelchair. They only have one section that is not booths. They sat us where my chair was in the middle of the aisle. My wheelchair bag was literally touching the chair of the table across the aisle. Waiters and guests couldn't get through. We ended up leaving because that is a fire hazard and rude to their staff and other customers and it was embarrassing to me.

Don't go on the weekend! I got there at 11:30am on a Saturday. I was told for a party of one that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I asked about the status. They said another 5 to 10 minutes. I saw a number of parties that came in after I did that had 2 people and they were seated before me. After another 15 minutes, I asked about the seating and was finally given a seat. They tell people optimistic times to get their business. If you have the time to wait 3x what they tell you, go for it. The service and food... read more

I ordered the Greek Omelette with cheesy grits. It was ok, not great. It seemed to need a little more feta and spinach. I do not use salt often but needed a little bit on the omelette along with pepper. It needed a little more flavor. My wife got a scrambler bowl with the breakfast potatoes. Her's had much better flavor and the potatoes were great!! I will come back but will not order the Greek Omelette next time

Table for two.. we got there around 9:30 am.. they sitting us very fast.. server came ask for the drinks .. the coffee wasn't good my friend ask for a new one .. server took the food order .. order came ..server asked if we need anything and that was the end of everything .. I asked another person for hot sauce ..server never came back to ask if we want another drink or something else... just came to give us the check... we wasn't even eating half of our meal ... The search for the perfect Eggs Benedict continues. Keke's brings a pretty basic Benedict. To be this basic it needs to be perfect! My first reaction when it was delivered was "is there a hollandaise shortage???" Ended up asking for more. The eggs were a little over with an almost solid yolk. And the English muffin was wheat and could have been toasted more. Wouldn't recommend.
