Lines are long CLAUDIA at the front is rude and has a smart mouth she needs to learn how to handle large crowds that has been waiting! Very rude
Came here to this location twice. Food is great. First day waitress was friendly and got a waffle and experience was great. Second time however a different waitress (receipt says: Arianny O.) misheard/misunderstood the order and brought out 2 orders of Florida Pancakes. We told the people who brought out the food that there was an error that we only ordered 1 Florida pancakes not 2. I just left this place. I sat and waited while other people that sat later were served first. I just had a bad feeling about this place. They had a bunch of people just "looking busy". Went to Hash House a Go Go and had an amazing experience and the food was so yummy!!!

I would like to report an incident involving your employee, ELI and the "General Manager" Florence. I was given an estimated 35-45 minutes wait time. Which is expected. Nothing wrong with that. And yes we know it could be sooner than that, it could be longer. Just like any other customer, my party of 6 (it became 5 in the end) patiently waited a few feet from Eli ( the front desk) total of 6 pairs of ears were waiting. 3 people from my party came up to check several times the status of our table. Lots of places make a passable breakfast. Most of those places don't charge $4 for a Dr. Pepper without telling you they're just about the only place in America that doesn't do free refills. This isn't a company decision, as the one in my hometown doesn't pull this BS. Terribly shortsighted move by ownership. Won't be back. Would've been nice to know upfront.

In all our locations, soft drinks are refillable for free, and that's the case also for coffee, teas and hot chocolate..
