The food is decent, but management and wait staff are rude and not customer friendly! They act aggravated that you're there and they have to do their jobs! It's a real shame because they actually had decent food, but I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want the start of your day to be ruined!

This used to be one of our go to restaurants and for sure a 5 star in the past for me. However, recently service and food quality has changed. Not sure if management changed or what's going on. I ordered the 3 egg breakfast and my wife ordered the 2 egg breakfast. When we got our breakfast, my wife had a little more eggs on her 2 egg plate. I asked the waitress if she is sure I had 3 eggs. She said the manager (I guess the manager was cooking???) might have switched the eggs for me to just take some of my wife's eggs. ... read more

We were sadly unimpressed with Kekes. We ordered the food to go so perhaps that's where we went wrong. We ordered buffalo chicken wraps and there was barely any chicken in them and the fries were pretty terrible. We were hoping this would be great. We will not be back. Especially for the very high price.

the wait was way to long. never coming here agai. so were in copper. The food was horrible. the pay was crazy. the waiter was retarded. The place looked cool thoug. never ever ever coming again.

Ordered food 10 minutes after sitting, waited almost an hour for our food and it never came. We left cash for the one drink and left. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. It's insane that we saw other tables that came after us get their food before us. Wasted precious vacation time on this. Don't come here.

Ordered through Door Dash and both meals we ordered were missing the bread (one english muffin and one serving of wheat bread). I called the store and the manager tells me it's the dashers fault. How is it the Dasher's fault when the bread should have been placed in the box by the restaurant?! Ridiculous.

Keke's is a Denny's subsidiary meant to rebrand their image. Denny's uses pig products from distributors that use gestation crates--a cruel practice outlawed in many states and banned by many other companies in their supply chains--where mother pigs are kept confined in cages so small they can't walk or turnaround for almost their entire life. We were so excited when we found out that Keke's was opening in Tennessee. We have loved Keke's for years in the Orlando and Tampa areas. Sadly, this location only shared the name Keke's, but other than that, it was a far cry from being anything like their FL locations. My wife and I tried this location this past Sunday. I was given a leaflet as I was walking by that said Keke's is owned by Denny's and is associated with animal cruelty. Factory farming practices like caging pigs for nearly their entire life is so cruel and unnecessary. Keke's and Denny's have no place in TN! ItsDinerTime.Com
