Ordered through Door Dash and both meals we ordered were missing the bread (one english muffin and one serving of wheat bread). I called the store and the manager tells me it's the dashers fault. How is it the Dasher's fault when the bread should have been placed in the box by the restaurant?! Ridiculous.

Keke's is a Denny's subsidiary meant to rebrand their image. Denny's uses pig products from distributors that use gestation crates--a cruel practice outlawed in many states and banned by many other companies in their supply chains--where mother pigs are kept confined in cages so small they can't walk or turnaround for almost their entire life. We were so excited when we found out that Keke's was opening in Tennessee. We have loved Keke's for years in the Orlando and Tampa areas. Sadly, this location only shared the name Keke's, but other than that, it was a far cry from being anything like their FL locations. My wife and I tried this location this past Sunday. I was given a leaflet as I was walking by that said Keke's is owned by Denny's and is associated with animal cruelty. Factory farming practices like caging pigs for nearly their entire life is so cruel and unnecessary. Keke's and Denny's have no place in TN! ItsDinerTime.Com

Ordered takeout and it was completed in a timely manner I would say, when you walk in you're greeted by the hostess in the front and your food if ordering takeout is right behind them. First time going in place looked clean and modern probably a nice place to sit and eat as well. Now for the food my order was incorrect for a few things which I'm assuming they may been out of stock but we ordered salsa and petal sauce that we didn't receive also ordered cinnamon raisin toast instead got what appears to be wheat bread. The food was mediocre. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken tasted like frozen chicken tenders that had been deep fried. Service was lack luster at best. It seemed as though everyone else (other waiters,manager, etc) served us instead of our waitress. The price did not match the quality of service or the quality of food. The ambiance was ok.

This place is adorable! The mural and ambiance is incredible! We had good service but it took a long time for the wait and food. The food was sub par. This is not a place I would go back to for breakfast.

I was disappointed with my experience at this breakfast restaurant. The food was subpar and the service was slow and inattentive. Despite the pretty interior, the lackluster quality of both the food and service left much to be desired. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, after waiting 45 minutes, it came with one hard as rock egg and white toast, soggy and cold potatoes. The manager paid our bill, which was nice...but we definitely left starving. I've had better food and service at McDonald's.
