Went there today as a party of 9. Out of the 8 plates we ordered. 2 came with a strand of long thin slick black hair. Which wasnt ours. We all have locs. The waiter was nice bt still hair on ur food is a hard pass to swallow! The cooks began arguing in the back after our waiter took the plates back. The manager did come out to apologize and took the 2 meals off our tab bt still. We will not be going back. Just horrible. Horrible management not somewhere you’d want to eat or ever work.
During the pandemic, we’ve been ordering take-out from Keke’s in Lady Lake 2-3 times a month: always the same order, Portobello Panini and Carolina Chicken Salad. The salad never seems to be made the same way twice, but today was the worst! There was no cheese, no nuts, the lettuce was wilted, and the chicken was almost non-existent, and cold. RecommendedNot as good today. Waitress helper was rude. Our waitress was wonderful. Food not up to par though. Slightly disappointed. Normally my favorite place.
waffles were cold butter usually kinda melts. not here. service was good.
entered 12:28 PM and ordered at 12:40pm. At 1:25PM, food arrived. my omelette was almost warm, toast cold. hubby's eggs Benedict was cold...potatoes cold. only warm object was his plate. LONG delays till waitress returned. sent both meals back. 7min later, " they're making new meals". 13 min later, we left. the manager disputed the length of time food was waiting. second meal never came. I call BS SHAME on them.
The breakfast potatoes had to be worse I've ever had. My omelet was ok would have been better if it was hot we were there at 7:30 in the morning everything should have been fresh and hot. My husband had the French toast he could hardly cut them. This was my first time there I guess I should have known when there where no cars or people there should have told me something.
