I have been to this restaurant a few times and was happy with service until today. We waited 40 min for your food to come and then our server came over and stated she forgot to put the order in!!!! We then waited another 20 min for our food to come, finally it arrived. I never complain at restaurants as you don’t know how servers will react but at least they could have gave us a discount considering it was the servers fault. I won’t go back!!!!
We were there at 730am before we drop our daughter to summer camp. The place is empty so we expect that the service will be quicker and better since nobody to compete with.... but to our dismay when we are served our coffee, I asked if there is a stronger version in a very polite way and our waiter just blurted out NO! and walked away. I let it go and told my husband at least now we know it’s not a good coffee place if we want a good coffee . Very disappointed with the "stuffed" (hint: it wasn't stuffed) French toast. The menu makes it sound great but it is no where near worth what you pay. Skimpy on the cream cheese and caramel; essentially nothing. Tiny little triangles of french toast. Paid $4.99 more to build a combo and chose potatoes and sausage. Very disappointing. We have been to several locations and always LOVED the food and service. On this day, the food was just ok, coffee was cold and service was AWFUL.
Food was good, I got the ham & Swiss. The only time the table guy came was to ask If I want it a box wich at that time I was still eating, I did need it a box but never came back and I didn't have the oportunity to ask for it, the 2nd time he stop by, I didn't realize he just left the chk. I was never ask if I wanted more water or coffe wish I want it. This time around our order was cool, & his eggs were cooked wrong. The whole meal in general wasn't half as good as it use to be...he is not one to say anything, but did agree that it will be a long time before we go back.
HIGHWAY ROBBERY! food was good NOT great and they will nickel and dime you for everything I won't be back.
Everytime i go there some part of my meal is undercooked or cooked incorrectly. The first time the bacon was undercooked and had to send back. The next time my french toast was undercooked still dripping with raw egg. I refused to eat it so they took a dollar off the bill. I said let me talk to the owner who decided to argue wtith me until I finally got him to comp the whole meal. I still ended up sick that day from the other piece being underrcooked.
