Food was bad. Waffle was as hard as a hockey puck. The eggs were way under cooked... sent them back and they came back "less" under cooked.

I will not be going back to this location again. I am only rating this place two stars because I felt like the manager of this establishment was rude to me and my friend. My friend and I had breakfast today April 2, 2023 and we were chatting and catching up after we finished eating as we had not seen each other in months. This place has gone check considerably downhill recently. There in used to be no upcharge to substitute for home fries. Now there is a charge. That's not the biggest issue. We were shocked when we got the bill to find out that our coffee was $3.79 each. 2 coffees were almost the price of another breakfast. Shame on them for charging about the same price as a Starbucks crafted coffee for their regular breakfast coffee. We've decided never to go back. We did not get treated very nice today at keke breakfast , and the sever was very rude and sarcastic. On top of that we did not get service unless we waved down a other worker. The food was doughy and not made the way we wanted and we let the sever know and he did not fix it. Also charged us for something we did not ask for or eat. Disappeared after dropping the check. And was bad mouthing us to his coworkers while we standing right there. We still left a tip for the other worker who did help us.

NO GRITS!!! You open a restaurant in the South and don't serve Grits. I find that hard to understand. The menu is loaded with a large variety of sides but they don't serve Grits.

The waiter was not friendly and welcoming. I was overcharged. The website said add on for meat was $1.50. I was charged $5.49. Waiter said the website was incorrect and walked away. A few minutes later the manager arrived. I showed her the website information from my phone. She said she had to call corporate. Then, a few minutes later, she said there was nothing she could do. Did not mind waiting for our food. Portions were great, but food was barely warm and our waiter never checked on us. We will not be going back.

Got to Keke's at 1:50pm. Ordered coffee. Server came back with water and told me that don't have any coffee left because they aren't brewing anymore today. Wow! Breakfast without coffee.

I placed an online order here this morning at about 10:20. my order said it would take around 25 minutes to be done. i ordered on their website and it was fairly easy. i thought it was a little pricy but i wouldn't have minded if the food was good. my total was almost $40 for two waffle combos. when i went to pick up a younger hostess went to get my food right away. she came back and gave me one bag of food and continued to turn and speak to her coworker, not saying anything to me.
