One of the worst brunches I've ever paid for, unfortunately. The service was slow, but I don't mind waiting a bit longer as long as the food is good, so this usually doesn't bother me too much. I ordered a sandwich and it was very soggy and broke apart when I was eating it. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast scramble and his eggs were watery and tasteless. Wouldn't recommend

This used to be a favorite after moving here back in August 2020. Food quality can sometimes be hit or miss but was overall good. We ordered delivery most times and I picked up a few times on way to work. 2/26 was first eat in for a family breakfast for birthday and our family encountered a rude waitress who ruined my daughters birthday and she's 8 months pregnant. Terrible food and service if we could rate this no stars we would. We choose this place for my husbands birthday, the food took forever and it tasted just like a regular breakfast I could make at home. Very expensive for the food you guys serve and for your service!!

Definitely not returning. The food was mediocre to be nice. Service was friendly but food wasn't good. Eggs Benedict had way too much paprika, eggs were almost poached hard, potatoes were ice cold and undercooked. Server swapped them out but still tasted bland and starchy. Waffle was wrong color, more brown than golden, indicating batter was probably old. I ordered a mandarin chicken wrap, tortilla was cold, it couldn't have had more than 2 ounces of chicken and mandarins were super soft and gooey. Definitely disappointed.

This place was one of my go to spots until I had the server from hell one morning. She couldn't be bothered by me while she was self consumed talking to another table for most of my visit. I changed to Bonita Brunch and haven't looked back since.

It appears virtually impossible to either call the restaurant or place an order online. I had attempted to place a to-go order and was unable to even reach a human for over an hour. This was so absurd that I will never frequent this place if it is that difficult to even place an order..

Sunday morning I choose to go eat breakfast at Kiki's. As I was eating my meal a employee named Alexis happen to take a picture of me. She sent the photo to multiple people without my permission. I encourage others to please be careful with employees taking pictures of you while eating. I will no longer take my hard-working money to Kiki's . I was a monthly customer That had his privacy invaded.

The food was pretty good but lacks flavor a bit, they do give you a nice portion size for the cost. Every time I have ordered to go though, they have forgotten my drink and at four dollars for an orange juice it sucks that I have to go buy something else on top of what I already just paid for.

Two of the four orders were wrong. Was upcharged without notice. Buyer beware. You will be charged extra for fries or fresh fruit without warning. They will even upgrade your order and charge you for what you didn't order hoping you won't notice. Food is ok, but watch out for their slick practices!!
