Cold overpriced breakfast. Do yourself a favor & dine elsewhere. Coffee was weak also and non responsive service.

Will message up your take out ordered and then tell you they will call you back in 2 days. Messed up my order and never offered any recourse. I have been to Keke's all over Florida, many that are much busier than this location (Kissimmee and Tallahassee) and they are much more efficient with much better service. No I would not recommend this location at all. Will go to Village Inn or travel to IHOP. Wish they were closer, but at least they offer good food and good customer service.

I ordered Eggs Benedict. It looked perfect when it arrived. When I cut into it, the eggs were cooked hard. I think the muffins were prepared well in advance of the eggs as the texture was tough. Of course, with dry eggs, there wasn't enough Hollandaise. The staff offered to replace them, but it would take too much time. A place specializing in breakfast should not be overcooking eggs. BTW, the heading says service could be improved. I can't alter it. The service is excellent.

Kekes is the perfect place for a family who wants a cheap breakfast. The service is friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere feels homey. This wasn't my first time dining at this establishment, and I had enjoyed my previous experiences there. However, something happened this time that didn't sit well with me. We have made only one visit, and I doubt we'll be back. It was a very large, loud restaurant. The booth seating was not comfortable. Service was slow. They did have a large, basic menu. My husband had an omelet, which was prepared as requested with egg whites. I had a waffle which was fluffy, and had fresh strawberries. But the well prepared food could not make up for the lack of atmosphere and the challenge in having a conversation due to the high noise level.
Went on Saturday before Mother's Day. Wait time was decent but the food was beyond meh. Cold sausage under cooked doughy waffle waitress that didn't follow up after receiving our meals no drink refills. Overall a pretty terrible experience. Overpriced for the portions. Won't be back.

We stopped in for breakfast recently. The food is always good but since the pandemic I cannot get accustomed to these prices for a meal at a restaurant. This time the service was so poor that we had to complain to the manager. When the meal was served the food was brought out sporadically. I ordered eggs over with hotcakes as I enjoy them together. I was about to be seated before my husband arrived from parking the car, but was told that it is corporate policy that they do not seat incomplete parties when there is a wait. My husband was in the parking lot. I'm not happy about that policy. Our server was very nice and brought out our drinks very quickly. Very Mediocre at best. Had three choices to choose from with the family. Bob Evans, Waffle Hose, or Keke's. We decided on Keke's since we had never been. We'll long story short, should have gone Bob Evans! Period. I've had better waffles at Waffle House. It's one thing if food is subpar but it's another if the server doesn't care.
