I worked at kekes for 7 days and was fired because I wasn't trained at all and they didn't have time to train me I guess the owner told his staff they sucked everyday and was rude the managers also very rude and it'd the most unorganized place I have ever worked out and I cried everyday due to managers being mean and bullying me the kitchen doesn't wear gloves and or wash their hands threw out the day and they served a plate after they broke the plate and had glass all over the place they do not wash their hands at all and o... read more

First off, my breakfast potatoes of choice are Hash Browns. Keke's, like several others (for reasons I can't fathom), doesn't offer them. So, Keke's is off my list for breakfast. However, I decided to try them for lunch and ordered a Turkey Club, without bacon (due to diabetes). The sandwich was nothing to write home about and decidedly bland. The fries were okay. Service was okay. Altogether, a very bland restaurant experience. I'll go to Wolf's Den instead!!

I waited over an hour for a pancake while my entire table had already finished eating. The manager was called over and her lack of empathy toward the situation was appalling. They removed the pancake from my bill but the lack of concern from the staff was awful considering a customer had just sat with no food for that long.

They bring food one by one.... nothing together at all. 5 of us here and everything came one by one on separate plates at completely different times. They forgot to bring home fries as well. Just terrible. Worst Keke's

I generally love most Keke's and think the food is fantastic but the two times I've tried to place a pick up order from here they have been "too busy" to accept to go orders. So much for being Covid friendly. Again, food is very good but I've got lots of choices to get something as simple as pancakes and eggs so I'll take my money to someone who wants it

Absolutely ridiculous. We had 3 servers at one point, half of our 2 orders got screwed up and had to be re-made which took another 20 minutes. The other meal came perfect but had to wait 10 minutes before we got syrup. Manager on duty sort of blew me off as thanks for your concern. We will never be recommending to dining here again. Total time for a French toast and eggs Benedict meal = 1 hour (on a Tuesday at noon)
