I was about to be seated before my husband arrived from parking the car, but was told that it is corporate policy that they do not seat incomplete parties when there is a wait. My husband was in the parking lot. I'm not happy about that policy. Our server was very nice and brought out our drinks very quickly. I chose to pay $2 extra for real maple syrup, instead of regular maple syrup possibly with high fructose corn syrup. The ambiance was clean and well taken care of. I would have given a 5 rating if they didn't have... read more
Very Mediocre at best. Had three choices to choose from with the family. Bob Evans, Waffle Hose, or Keke's. We decided on Keke's since we had never been. We'll long story short, should have gone Bob Evans! Period. I've had better waffles at Waffle House. It's one thing if food is subpar but it's another if the server doesn't care. Had to ask for one refill and that's it. Though painfully obvious, no one else got any refills. Four waffles, four drinks, three sides of bacon was $100 with tip. I'll let the reader of this revi... read more
As a single patron, should I not expect the same service as a party of two or more? The waiter took my order, brought my drink which had soda all over the outside of the cup. I had to use the only napkin to wipe it off, then track someone else down for another napkin. Someone else brought my food, which was fine, but took a while to bring some ranch for me. At some point the check was just dropped on the table, no one bothered to ask if everything was ok or if I needed anything else. Not even when it check was picked up off ... read more
This was my first time eating at a Kekes and likely my last. At least for a while. The 2 stars are for service only as our server and the manager were absolutely great and so helpful. But the food was bleh. I got the French toast combo with 2 eggs, bacon, and home fries. Weirdly it was all served cold. I sent it back, got new, and it was also cold. I have no idea how this happens, but it did. The food was flavorless and the potatoes were soggy not crisp. I tasted my family's food, which was also cold. The manager apologiz... read more
We've been here a couple of times and the food is unremarkable. However my last outing the food was subpar. I ordered the Toasted Sesame Chicken Salad which is described as "Chicken breast strips on romaine, crispy noodles, Mandarin oranges, sesame seeds and toasted sesame dressing". When it was set down in front of me, it was apparent that the plate contained iceberg lettuce. I immediately brought this to the server's attention. She went to check the menu (to see if that was the stated type of lettuce), agreed that it w... read more
I am extreme in satisfied with Keke's. Coffee was warm. Potatoes were salty. I added cheese to it and they just smothered it with the cheese. It looked horrible when it came out and the taste matched. I ate less than 1/3 of my plate. Told the waiter I didn't like it and he still charged me. I will never go back here and I will also encourage my friends and family not to go back! Don't waste your money!!!
I worked at kekes for 7 days and was fired because I wasn't trained at all and they didn't have time to train me I guess the owner told his staff they sucked everyday and was rude the managers also very rude and it'd the most unorganized place I have ever worked out and I cried everyday due to managers being mean and bullying me the kitchen doesn't wear gloves and or wash their hands threw out the day and they served a plate after they broke the plate and had glass all over the place they do not wash their hands at all and o... read more
First off, my breakfast potatoes of choice are Hash Browns. Keke's, like several others (for reasons I can't fathom), doesn't offer them. So, Keke's is off my list for breakfast. However, I decided to try them for lunch and ordered a Turkey Club, without bacon (due to diabetes). The sandwich was nothing to write home about and decidedly bland. The fries were okay. Service was okay. Altogether, a very bland restaurant experience. I'll go to Wolf's Den instead!!
So I ordered an egg white veggie omelette with a side order of broccoli and this is what it came out like... w.t.f.
