3 for lunch on a weekday. Seems not much went right. Walked in the door, the manager apparently gave me yea to a young guy to seat us but the guy never looked at us or spoke to us. Our server started out ok but never seemed to realize only 2 of us got our food. Mind you the third order was just a bowl of grits! My bowl was good just a little greasy. Took my mom for breakfast today. We usually like Keke's, but today it looks like service is slipping. We stood waiting to be sat while we were told they needed to clean a table for us. There were at least four tables sitting uncleared from where I stood, and for ten minutes no one cleared them, not even the hostess. She told us it would be another five minutes, still no one moving to clear anything, so we left and had a nice breakfast at Bob Evan's.

Wife and I both had breakfast. Homefries were so bad we didn't eat them. Worst omelet I've had in yrs. The eggs benedict bread was stiff and the yolk over done. The only things good were the toast and iced tea. Actually brought me my first drink in a to-go cup. We both had to use the restroom less than 5 min. after we left. NEVER AGAIN for us.

Food is good and fresh. But the service needs a lot of work. I have been to other locations where the service was good. The sun city location truly lacks it for no reason. First time I came to eat there, no one greeted us just took us to a table and walked away. It was our first time eating there so we let it go. But on every other occasion we have eaten here the service was extremely slow, verging on rude. The manager can be standing right in front of you won't say a word. Super disappointed and do not recommend this location. We ordered a scrambler bowl with sausage and bacon, the bowl came out with neither. When telling the server she just said she was sorry and did not offer a solution. When we asked her to take it off the bill she said she would then proceeds to hand us the bill with a "discount" without disclosing that to us. Manager calls a meeting for the servers at noon on a Saturday! Who does that??? So all the servers are MIA as we need refills on stuff and waiting 20 minutes for our $40 bill for two people that didn't even include any meat! So ridiculous for a couple eggs, some potatoes & a couple pieces of toast! Not to mention seen our server one time to take our order, no drink refills etc. Just came out of the meeting and plopped the bill on our table... Will never go back!!!!

Food was not warm. Especially the sunny side up eggs are not good when cold. French toast tasted like the bread was stale and not fried with much coating. Was probably the worst French toast I've ever had. My wife agreed.

I have been here numerous times and for some reason never wrote a review. This time I was there for lunch and had to wait while the host cleared tables. I settled on the philadelphia cheesesteak panini and chips. It must have been sitting in the back for a while because when it arrived it was cold and didn't look great.
