Okay food, average. Decent for a chain. My potatoes were severely uncooked but we came there instead of hotel food, so our expectations were not high. It is ungodly cold on the premises and it is packed over the weekend. Atmosphere is little rushed and very loud. Probably wont be returning to this location. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

Last time at KeKe....food not bad, service was slow and mediocre. My biggest complaint is toast is never toast, always just bread, have to send it back almost always to get it toasted.....person toasting, You have one job, GET IT RIGHT, INCONSISTENT FOOD QUALITY, sometimes cold
One star. Wayyy overpriced for the quality of the food. It's not just this location - it's all the Keke's. Staff here are pleasant but just can't make up for the blah food. Plenty of other places to go - and many of them are small businesses so I vote with my feet and support the small guys who care about their food offerings.

Had to wait about 30 mins to get food for take out. Restaurant was not busy. Nobody wanted to assist someone going for take out for a good 5 mins, including the manager. Most Keke's are great, but this one will make you wait when it's slow. Food was mediocre as well. Not worth it for the price, service and taste. I ordered a scrambled egg bowl with turkey sausage links.
Food is ok, my pancake came out cold and my scrambled eggs were raw/runny on the inside. one pancake with bananas/strawberries on top scrambled eggs and bacon 18.75$. Way overpriced!

I've read reviews elsewhere about how cold this restaurant is. I stopped in today and holy cow. It was cold even for me! My server was more interested in hanging out in the kitchen and talking rather than being attentive. A coworker had to let them know that I was looking to place an order. The food was pretty good, but when I paid, I had to ask for my change. What's up with not giving correct change? are they incapable of counting coins? Updating review wow has this placer changed in such a short time. I did not change my review after just one bad experience , the end of summer we had a great time here. Now since we have been back there has been a mistake almost every time. The one time the eggs were like liquid , another they had hard stuff in the eggs, I asked if it was a shell but they said they use liquid so it couldnt have been so I have no idea what it was. Been a customer of this chain for years. Recent price increases like soda for $3.99 a glass and lesser quality service will keep me from coming back. Plus, after a recent poor experience I used the comment form on their website and NEVER heard back. Bad enough to spend $$$ on cold food and errors, but then to waste time to inform the restaurant and not here back is inexcusable. We will not be going back.
Dirty sticky table, dirty silverware and coffee cup. Undercooked breakfast potatoes. Looks like there are several other breakfast spots in the area. I would try those.
