I'm giving it three stars because it was a bit busy so, a bit of grace. I had the French toast. It was burnt on the outside and actual bread in the middle. The bacon was *blackened*, coffee was lukewarm. The waitress was very nice, even though she was pretty frazzled. Made sure we had everything we needed, another reason for the three stars. I will not include my breakfast companion's opinion. It was verbose and unkind. This was at the Durbin Pavilion plaza. It may be different now, as this was a year ago.

Food was okay. Service was super slow for breakfast food. I think it took us and hour and half to have breakfast after we sat down.

Noelle recommended the Italian Chicken Panini, wow, it was perfect. We come to Jax yearly and we will plan to stop here. We are from TN and Sevierville would be a great next new restaurant location!

Me and my family came here on Easter sunday. I fot the kekes combo with a chocolate chip waffle, eggs, & bacon. Everything was amazing and Kristen was pur waitress and was very kind & did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone who worked on Easter.

This place has an amazing laid back vibe. Our waitress was very friendly, extremely polite, and gave good recommendations. The white peach sangria was more like a mimosa, but it was still good. The food was delicious.

Dante was an excellent server. He was attentive and friendly. My meal was brought to the table in a timely manner, hot and fresh! My cups never ran dry. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot near the Town Center stop at KeKe's and ask for Dante! He will take great care of you!
