Food and service was very poor compared to every other Keke's cafes I've been to! Usually food always comes out fresh, but this location food came out cold and omelette was a bit over cooked.

Let me start off by saying my review is not about the quality of the food, it's about the service. Upon entry, I immediately noticed that we were pressured into ordering. This was our first time eating at Kekes and I asked the waitress for a few more minutes. We ordered, I got a breakfast combo and my boyfriend got the chicken and waffles. Most of the tables were empty and yet each customer coming in was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Very strange.

Poor service. Waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Got up and asked lady (manager?) if she could get me one. Still nothing after 5 more minutes. I left ..telling hostess that male waiter could cancel food order. I waited tables many years ago so here's a free tip--get the coffee to the customer so they have something while waiting on food. I be will never know if food was good. Went down the street to First Watch...coffee immediately--food in 15. Yay!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Starting from the waiting time where we were overseen and they let 4 other parties be seated before us even though they came in after us and the only excuse they gave my husband was that we were kicked out of place in the waitlist. Once finally seated they informed us that the kitchen was backed up as well. We thought we already waited long enough might as well. Got the buffalo chicken tenders, nothing too crazy just basic buffalo chicken tenders. My issue was the service, we ordered a fruit cup and informed our server they still never brought it out. Even then our server never checked up on us once other than to drop off the bill. Definitely wanted to enjoy this place because it looked good however was very disappointed.

Went for Breakfast here and The service was Absolutely Terrible by a waiter who went by the name of Boston K on my reciept , I was seated next to an eight top table, Boston advised me he'd be right with me as soon as I sat down . He proceeded take the drink orders for the table next to me, bring out their drinks and also take their food orders before he would even take my drink order. Ok place but very popular, we had to wait about 30 mins before we sat and then waited an additional hour before we had food served. Out waiter was so sweet on giving us updates but I feel this is where the restaurant failed with wait time and seating. They could advertise a time frame or maybe set a principle of time spent for customers. Our food was okay and they do charge for extras such as side cheese or jalapeños.
