First time and last here. The food arrived 45 minutes later cold. The waffles were dry and crispy, stuffed French toast was cold. Scrambled eggs were rubbery and cold. My fresh bananas were turning black. They obviously can't keep up with the orders. Definitely not worth the time or money with so many better options out there. Don't think this place will last long. No one cares about service or the food even though they may pretend they do.. Terrible experience

There seemed to be enough servers around, but once we were seated (outside) everyone vanished. Then they started showing up and introducing themselves as our server - the third iteration finally got me a coffee. Shared (they didn't understand why I wanted a second plate) the breakfast with my wife and had the hardest time getting fresh coffee. Can't say that I'd ever return.

Went today to take my dad for breakfast. He will not go anywhere else except Dennys but my sister and I convinced him to try Keke's. The food was amazing and the waiter Boston was great despite how busy they were. The only issue is when we ordered a To Go Order. We do not live near by. We should have checked our order before we left. When we got home we realized we were missing the pancakes we ordered. i got the combo with the seasonal pumpkin french toast with sausage and scrambled eggs. the eggs and sausage were good but i feel like it's hard to mess up sausage and eggs. the french toast had good flavor but it was dry, i felt like no matter how much syrup i put it didn't seem to help. the coffee was also very mid and i had to add creamer which isn't a bad thing.. but i feel like if im paying for a good coffee i shouldn't have to put creamer in order to make it better. the place itself was cute and i liked the concept of ... read more

I would have put zero stars if I could. Service was terrible. Went on a Sunday ( overstaffed ) and still the waitress took forever and also the food. Waiters looked as if they hated their jobs. Also they were hiding in the restroom?!

Honestly I was excited to eat here but the food was ehhh, French toast didn't have much flavor, kids meal only comes with one small pancake

Food wasn't great. My eggs had some eggs shells. Our pancakes were dry. My family order burger was dry meat hard. My waitress never came back offer drink refills we had coffee, water and coke. We had to get up and look for our waitress. I ordered extra pancake on side and never received. I asked to be removed from my tab. Overall not impressed for the price $$.

Food is so so so good here, but the staff is horrific! The young lady working the front check in has no clue what's going on. And spent most of her time playing on her phone. Wait staff isn't much better. The food is the only reason to give it any stars! They need to hire new people

I was disappointed in my visit. It was an early Saturday afternoon and was told there would be a 10 min wait, which was totally understandable. I found out that they told everyone 10 mins which was ok until it was obvious that all of us were waiting 30+ mins. We finally were seated and then after noticing that a server had not came over to bring water or say hello, I started my timer. After about 10 mins of zero acknowledgment our group decided to leave. I highly doubt that I will return.
