Food is great but expensive for breakfast pancakes are really good service is good but like I said it's expensive for breakfast

We waited an hour for a table, then sat for another hour before the waitress told us our order hadn't even been started. My family and I decidedto just leave. Happy Father's Day.

Went here for Sunday brunch, while I know it's graduation time, summer, weekends are busy, etc. the service & the flow is what ruined it for us. Given an estimated wait time of 30 minutes, I get it's an estimate but it took about an hour. When we went to see how much longer after about 45 minutes one of the hostess said that parties that had been dining were taking too long & that the manager was going to go around encouraging them to wrap it up. service was very slow, arrogant server, we had to wait for 10 minutes before he even asked us if we need coffee or water need to train staff for common courtesy instead of confrontational . . .

Be ready to wait 3 hours to eat... very slow service and the food is decent i hope it's just be a it's somewhat new.

Waited an hour to be seated which I can understand because it was a Sunday and busy. Wouldn't have minded if the food was worth it. Ordered a cheeseburger and a cheesesteak. Took another hour to get our food. Cheeseburger was greasy, no flavor, soggy bacon. We asked for onions on the burger and they brought us a small cup of raw chopped onions on the side??? On April 15th, we was 1st time customers at KeKe Breakfast several pieces of brown/black curly hair found on table when server brought beverages, Then more found on cups. My hair and husband blonde and his Grey. Server hair brown black curly hair. She was rude when we spoke with front desk about hair. Made a sarcastic remark. We will not be back. #1 breakfast spot mistake: service so slow no one asks you what to drink before taking your breakfast order 10+minutes after being seated with menus. Then the first plate (of two) shows up before the pot of hot water for the hot tea (see picture). Plate #2 shows up 5-6 minutes. Still no hot water pot nor plate #1's toast order.
