I came here because my friend works here and he recommended it as a place to try. I had the chicken and waffles and the chicken felt like they made it in the air frier prior. It also had no seasoning at all. The waffle was okay. My friend had the cheesesteak omelette and that had no seasoning as well. It was saved by hot sauce and the salt and pepper on the sides. My morning started off good with excitement to try a new restaurant while visiting relatives...I ordered a BLT that you can't substitute potatoes for the chips because that's only for breakfast in which breakfast is severed ALL DAY! The sandwich was made with the miscellaneous bacon crubs!!! After two bites of one half of the sandwich it fell apart, bacon crubs falling off just made a mess of the sandwich. Had a 40 minute waiting time that extended to an hour, took over an hour to get hour food and our waitress avoided us like the plague and wouldn't give us updates. Waffles we received were stuck to the bottom of our plates and broke off pieces when we tried to lift the waffles up.

Unfortunately, this place does not have it together at all!! I put in an online order, nothing fancy, just what they have on the menu. Needless to say, it almost took an hour for me to get my online order to go. Everyone that checked on my order kept saying that it's not ready yet, it's not ready yet, whelp WTF is going on in that kitchen? There's at least 15 people back there, because you can see them. The worst experience ever. I will never go back. 1. Waited over an hour for a table. That's not the worst part. 2. Called in to be seated. Sat over 5 minutes before a server came to the table. And only did because she was serving table next to us and letting them know their food was not near close to being ready. 3. Ordered a water and orange juice. Over all today's experience was not good. I think the team needs more training & better steps to service. They rely on the server to bring us silver ware out, creamer for coffee & sugars. They don't even have sugar caddy's so make sure you specify sugar or Splenda. My mom learned that the hard way lol. The server never brought us our water and was over all struggling which I can be patient with that.
