We were seated quickly and our server was wonderful and attentive. Food though was mediocre. My friend's Eggs Benedict was served with hard yolks and my omelet had eggshells in it. This place was highly recommended to me but can't say I will do the same.

Extremely slow. Waited to be seated due to a problem they had with something-plenty of empty tables. That should have been my sign. Because then we waited 45 minutes for two simple breakfasts. Watched the bus girl scrape all the food scraps and trash into the floor at the table next to us and didn't sweep it up. Undercooked scrambled eggs, a rotten potatoe in hash browns, hair on plate. This is all evidence of a poorly managed store. Brand new waitress was sweet. Will definitely NOT BE BACK.

Service was nice and I could tell that this was a neighborhood spot. But the food was not really good. I love a good diner, but this spot was less impressive than a waffle house.

Ambience - C. Lacked a warm inviting atmosphere. At least well lit with windows all over. Service: D: waitress was polite but will go into manager's attitude later. Didnt refill the waters regularly. Was not perceptive of a plate with a tiny food particle due to an incomplete wash. Food- D: Scrambled Eggs were the worst I ever had. After being super excited to finally visit Keke's for brunch, our experience was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour for our table, only to discover--after repeatedly checking in with the hostess--that our party had somehow been marked as already seated. When we brought the issue to their attention, we were told they could no longer accommodate our group and were unable to offer any alternative solution, including splitting us into smaller tables. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We arrived at 11:30am and were told 30 minutes to wait. We received a text ten minutes later saying our table was ready.. we walk up a family of three with a 1 year old who was very hungry. We made it to host desk where we were told "they sent everyone the text at the same time".. aka I have nowhere to seat you? This immediately upset me, as the host seated a walk in before my family. Certainly all restaurants have a bad day on occasion. We visited KeKe's at 11:25 AM on a Friday, and of 11:40 AM we had yet to be acknowledged, although the restaurant was not really busy. No water, no coffee, no concern whatsoever. Plenty of servers and employees around, so we gave it a few more minutes before we finally got up and walked. The food looked good, but the reoccurring theme in KeKe's reviews appears to be the lack of service, and certainly a lack of urgency. This was very true for our visit. The guy that fi... read more

We arrived for breakfast with 1 party of 7 ahead of us. And we had 5. We knew it was pretty busy so we just sat down and waited while looking through the menu. There was no one else waiting other than us. 15 minutes later a couple came and asked for a table for 2 and got seated immediately... what the heck? It's not like they sat in a table for 2 only. They sat in a booth that could easily seat US. You know, the people that came FIRST. We left immediately and went to IHOP down the street.

The eggs were overcooked and the pancakes tasted like burnt cardboard. Interestingly, the kids silver dollar pancakes tasted fine. Whatever.... not coming back.
