My wife and I met with Daniel on a Saturday morning. When we arrived at the Burlington office, Daniel was waiting for us. We had a meeting to review our account and ask questions, which lasted about 40 minutes. He addressed every aspect of the account with us, as well as Kelly's outlook and strategy for the rest of the year. As with all of the Kelly personnel we've met over the years, everyone there is very professional and willing to help with any questions or concerns you have.
We attended a presentation dinner. The dinner was top notch! The presenters were all knowledgeable and professional, however the focus was more on creating a "personal face" of KFS versus presenting tangible retirement info. Many were on the youngish side; while they appear to know their stuff, potential inexperience is something I will keep my eye on. I had my intro meeting and was pleased that they weren't pushing me for detailed financial information too early in the relationship. Good start.
