Had a great phone meeting yesterday with Greg. Reviewed and explained by annual annuity anniversary options. Talked about my other investments and how and why my money is invested the way it is. And talked about the market and answered all of my questions.

I've been with Kelly Services for at least 5 years. When I joined, I had the privilege of meeting Bill and Bill, Jr. on my initial meeting. I signed on that day. Andrew Trout is my account rep and is very responsive to my needs. Called Mon night at 6 PM and got a callback from Michelle within 15 minutes. Set a phone meeting for 10 am on Tuesday and my inquiry was resolved in less that 1/2 an hour, with several questions answered. Am I satisfied, 10 out of 10. My acct is doing very well
Whenever I meet with Greg in person or review my portfolio on the telephone, I always feel very confident that he and the Kelly Financial team are doing an excellent job managing my portfolio during these uncertain times. Greg always gives clear explanations of what investments have been doing and why each change has been made. I always learn new things about financial management, and he has always given me good personal financial advice.
Recently had a meeting with my financial advisor, Andrew Krout. He did an excellent job of reviewing my portfolio and answered my questions with good advise.
