Had my 4th Qtr with Greg Murray. Was very informative and he answered all my questions completely and professionally. I have been impressed by Greg since we started working together years ago.
We scheduled an appointment with Alyssa Pockell to discuss estate planning but never got to meet with her. We waited 30 minutes for her after our scheduled time. Its one thing to be 5 or 10 minutes late. Its another to keep someone a 1/2 hour after having worked a full day. She should have come out herself and asked to reschedule. And 48 hours later she has not even called to reschedule. Very disappointed in this representative of Kelly Financial.

While Kelly Financial Services has only been handling my IRA for a bit over a year and considering that the market has been primarily flat for the last year I would have to give them an "A" on principle protection. We just had our review with Andrew Krout and going forward into 2017 I'm hoping for some gains in my account.

The review is very important to any client. Both Greg and Dan were very professional and helpful going over the figures. Unfortunately, the expectation of a 4% is that only expectations!
