Logan was prepared as always when we met. When I expressed concern over my retirement account taking a hit during the fall of the bond market, he quickly offered a solution. Rather than waiting to meet quarterly, he offered to meet more frequently (monthly via phone) to review things. I left feeling more confident given this direction knowing that Logan will be able to respond more quickly, especially given the uncertainty of the market.
I always enjoy meeting with Greg Murray. By analyzing one of my stock's performance, he affirmed my feeling that it was time to sell it. We also discussed the economy, and he explained what has been happening during the last quarter.
I have been a Kelly financial services client for more than 5 years. I feel confident in the recommendations that are made and have regular contact 3 to 4 times per year, alternating in person meetings with scheduled phone conference times with my adviser. Kelly Financial makes a point of scheduling portfolio reviews every quarter so that clients can ask questions, understand how their portfolios are being managed and discuss any changes in parameters. The Kelly Financial team is a group of young, educated and personable women and men who are happy to take the time with clients. My initial meeting followed a Kelly Financial event, and there was no pressure to invest with Kelly; however when I made a decision to do so, I've been treated well.

Larry and I met with Brandon yesterday. We were expecting a presentation regarding our investments. We were asked a few additional questions regarding retirement, wills, trusts, etc. In our opinion, to save time, the questions that were asked could have/should have been asked via email or telephone prior to our appointment.
