This group didn’t offer the product I was looking for. But they did take the time to get back to me. In addition they research other groups who could possibly could help and supplied contact information including their phone number.

We used the Kelly Zitlow Team to purchase our home in 2016 and just used them again to Refinance. From start to finish EVERYONE we dealt with was professional, informative, courteous and always available for questions. We will never use another lender besides the Kelly Zitlow Team!!

We purchased our home end of 2017with Kelly's team and decided to refinance to remove 2 car payments and receive a lower rate. What I love about this team is all the same members were there to help with the refi and already had all of our information. They all made the process seamless and I never had to worry about the transaction. As a realtor in the industry, it is essential to have a great lending team on your side. I got my first house with Kelly Zitllow group, I mean everything from the beginning to end was just smooth, I got denied from BOA almost couple days before my closing, because of my immigration status, Kelly's team told me from the beginning that I do qualify for the loan, and they gave me a specific day for my closing, Everything went well from A to Z exactly what they said from the beginning. I was definitely a little unsure of what lender i wanted to work with after having some previous lackluster experience with a different company. I can tell you picking Kelly and her team was the best decision I made hands down.
