"Overall I am pleased with the outcome of my visit. Only..." Overall I am pleased with the outcome of my visit. Only complaint is that for the work I needed done I felt 6 hours was too long. I don't believe work was started until hours after I dropped it off for my appointment time. The alignment is fantastic, better than new and the mechanic also found an issue with my rear brakes I had no idea about. So kudos to him.
