I had a great experience at Ken Ganley, the sales manager and my salesman Calvin both walked over to meet us as soon as we walked in the door for my appointment to look at a 2017 Nissan Murano. When I returned to finalize my purchase the same sales manager recognized me when I walked in the door. I go here anytime I need maintenance done. Like today, I had a sensor light pop up on my dashboard for a few weeks now. It said “Tire Maintenance”. I knew it wasn’t my tire pressure. So I called them and they said if I haven’t got a tire rotation done yet, that’s most likely what it is. And it sure was! All the sensors are gone now. And they topped off every fluid and checked the tires. I like the fact that the technicians and service advisors no Nissan lineup and are proactive in doing a multi part inspection each time I bring it in for service
