Was happy for the most part. There was lack of communication which upset me. When you call and have to leave a message just be aware they may not get it. I suggest you call again.

I had a great experience at Ken Ganley, the sales manager and my salesman Calvin both walked over to meet us as soon as we walked in the door for my appointment to look at a 2017 Nissan Murano. When I returned to finalize my purchase the same sales manager recognized me when I walked in the door.
