"I drove 3 hours from our home in Wellston Ohio to..." I drove 3 hours from our home in Wellston Ohio to purchase a car off this dealership. After spending about a month searching for the best deal on a used 2019 Altima, Ken Ganley offered the best price. It was worth the drive. They were professional and friendly. Michael Rodriguez and Felix Gonzales were great to work with and got answers for all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership.

"Courteous service" I wanted to take advantage of Ken Ganley Nissan's offer to do a synthetic oil change on my Nissan Rogue Sport, and called to see if they had time to do it recently. I was assured that I wouldn't need to wait very long, and I could see that they took extra steps to sanitize. They added air to my tires and did a complete check of the car, and I left there with a feeling of excellent customer satisfaction.

"Awesome service but disappointed in "repair" charges" This is the second time I have used express service to detail one of my cars. You do AWESOME work. Here is the disappointment. If you are going to advertise $139.99 as the service then make that the price. If you are going to ADD $14 to the bill then advertise $155.....the service is worth it. It is baloney (not the real word I want to use) then to see an invoice with a "repair" charge that is random, unexped and ultimately not easily explained. I want to repeat that the... read more
