Ken was fantastic throughout the whole process which at times became very stressful for reasons outside his control. He handled it very well and was able to make sure everything got done in time for closing. He really kept this whole thing together in my opinion. From my experience, I don't not feel like there was enough communication. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and some were not addressed.
