Ken was always willing to run initial estimates for us when we were looking at different houses, and we asked him to give us different hypothetical loans so we could see how much our monthly payments would be. And then when our finalized mortgage was coming together, he answered all our questions about the breakdown and what everything meant. Super helpful. And he was willing to take our calls even after normal business hours. Thanks so much!
