Ken Is very knowledgeable on the whole process of buying a house. He was always open for a call and very responsive to texts. He explains things in details and always is ready to answer questions. He did his best to save us money through the process and also gave me a good recommendation on a realtor.

Ken was super responsive and transparent, which made working with him really easy. He was on top of everything. My only complaint was that interest rates appeared to drop the week before closing, and he didn't reach out to try to get a better rate. Other than that, I was very happy.
