Ken offered other ways in which we could meet our financial goals when I told him what I thought was a good idea. He broke down concepts into simple ways that made it easier to understand and overall helped give us the “big picture” on what each scenario would possibly look like. His communication was always quick and never made me feel like I was “bugging” him. Overall, I would choose him as my mortgage lender again in a heartbeat!
