Great place to live. Landlord is very responsive, and the maintenance staff is great. I love how fast a maintenance request is taken care of. I placed a request on Sunday night and the problem was fixed the following day.

The maintenance man left a note saying that he could not find the problem. The leak is still happening and it’s unsure where it’s coming from. Seems like it’s coming from the floor and not the fridge. The problem is not solved. It’s a mystery.

No where near worth what they ask in rent. I was paying $974 a month for: Windows that either got stuck or didn't stay open at all. There was water damage and wood rot with ALL windows. 0 ventilation in the bathroom besides a tiny window that did nothing. When the bathroom steamed up you could see the yellow streaks on the walls from what I'm assuming was previous people smoking inside. Usually you’re great, but the ball got drop on this one! I called because I locked myself out of my apartment at about 6:30 pm left my name & number as instructed…never got a response back. I called again at 7 :30 pm …still no response. I called at 9pm … still got a recorder, so I hung up and went to the portal. I had to make other arrangements for the night. Next morning I was let in by the building manager.

GROSS. There's garbage and flies everywhere and the building smells like feces. Shame too, back when they actually cared who they rented too it was pretty nice, but now there's filthy people that ruin the whole building for everyone else. The main office on Kenmore and Delaware doesn't even want to acknowledge the issues, much less do anything about it.

- Extremely noisy place (walls are so thin) and stuff promise to control noisy neighbors at the time you want to get the place and then when you move in they don't care. - Your toilet's fan is fake and there is no way to sent smell out. No windows in bathroom.
