I never received communication of when anyone was coming. After two days of my apartment being accessible to anyone…..I bought the piece myself and had a friend install it. So, I’m not sure when anyone came. No slip of enter was found on the counter that someone enter to do the repair.

Lived at the whitmer road apartments for 10 years kept my place and left my place immaculate and in better shape than when I moved in moved out October 1st it is now November 10th and still haven't received my security deposit back.

POOR maintenance. Lots of smoking of cigarrette and marijuana. I HATE the tenant, hypocrite, insensitive and thinks she is the big deal and "superior" for having that STUPID job. THIS IS THE SCUM OF NIAGARA FALLS. Don't come to that place, especially if you had an emergency moving from another place, which is the only reason I was in that piece of 💩 🗑...ooh and before I forget. We had rats caused by our neighbor. Nobody did anything for two months. They destroyed our furniture, our food, our one year old toys and you think because eventually you rectified the situation by getting a new exterminator would deter us from not being upset we never got our money back for any of those items. No one is around when you have a problem and it takes forever for a problem to be rectified. 0 stars and would never recommend anyone to kendev. After they discovered it was beyond the scope of their expertise, we contacted professional to take care of the issue. By far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The management has no sense of responsibility. You are accountable for everything. Don’t waste your time and money. They provide the bare minimum and even then they miss the bar. Useless and frustrating all the way through.

5 reviews a year ago Lived at this place for over 10 years never missed a rent payment and was never late. Moved out left place broom clean. After turning in keys, never heard from them in regards to return of security deposit. Matt the leasing agent told me he would talk to his dad about it.He stated that my apartment needed extensive work.
