Usually you’re great, but the ball got drop on this one! I called because I locked myself out of my apartment at about 6:30 pm left my name & number as instructed…never got a response back. I called again at 7 :30 pm …still no response. I called at 9pm … still got a recorder, so I hung up and went to the portal. I had to make other arrangements for the night. Next morning I was let in by the building manager.
GROSS. There's garbage and flies everywhere and the building smells like feces. Shame too, back when they actually cared who they rented too it was pretty nice, but now there's filthy people that ruin the whole building for everyone else. The main office on Kenmore and Delaware doesn't even want to acknowledge the issues, much less do anything about it.

- Extremely noisy place (walls are so thin) and stuff promise to control noisy neighbors at the time you want to get the place and then when you move in they don't care. - Your toilet's fan is fake and there is no way to sent smell out. No windows in bathroom. I have gone theough a year of being at Roswell Park due to mine and the doctor’s concerns of cancer. Turns out the whole entire apartment had black mold in it that the owners just painted over. I fear for anyone that may live in any of the Kenmore Development housing. Be aware of the paint jobs, and definitely check for the mold and mildew that they try to cover up.

Infonta was extremely disrespectful to me and my family and scammed us out of half of our security deposit. He’s half the reason I got out of there. The apartments themselves were nice but I recommend finding someone who’s a people person and doesn’t find entertainment in taking more money from people

Person showing apartment was not nice hates her job. Apartment repairs we’re botched. Employee that did finial walk thru very nice and professional. Good job on snow removal.

I am happy that the leak was fixed. I was not happy on how it was left. The jar I put under was half full of water with a dirty knife left inside the jar. I do not know where this knife came from. Water was all around the jar. I am not sure if cleaning up is something that is not supposed to happen after a maintenance request but, the point of getting a leak fixed is to not leave water pooled on the area that is obviously getting damaged by water.
