Great place to live. Landlord is very responsive, and the maintenance staff is great. I love how fast a maintenance request is taken care of. I placed a request on Sunday night and the problem was fixed the following day.

No where near worth what they ask in rent. I was paying $974 a month for: Windows that either got stuck or didn't stay open at all. There was water damage and wood rot with ALL windows. 0 ventilation in the bathroom besides a tiny window that did nothing. When the bathroom steamed up you could see the yellow streaks on the walls from what I'm assuming was previous people smoking inside. The bathroom sink did not drain properly because the pipe was too small. The tub constantly dripped no matter how tight you turned the knob... read more
