It's been such a chore to get these people to call me. I let the sales person know my wife and I were on a time crunch, and she seemingly pretended to take that into consideration. Paid for our granite and carpet almost a week ago, and have hardly heard from the granite person on installation ( finally called me 4 days after payment to let me know they couldn't install for a month ), and have begged the carpet person to call me and no one has reached out. Worst flooring business ever. There was a employee who needed help and the rest of the workers wouldnt help him out. They take 2 hour lunch breaks and are just awful.
I don't know who started the business 61 years ago, but I bet they showed up when they said they would!
