Very disappointed and disgusted in Kenny's thought they were a good decent company. I was so happy at first to be using them because of Tamara Day. Floors were done fast and crappy. Tile in the master bathroom was done like a picked fence! They're given us such a hard time to come back to fix it. Their designer helped us match the stair rug with the upstairs rug and it doesn't even match right. We had to eat it! Never use them again! I could of done better doing it myself!
If anyone is thinking about using Kenny’s Tile & Flooring inc. I can give you 20 reasons and $7k worth of reasons NOT TO USE THEM! Message me and I’d be happy to share our experience along with a hundred photos of their work and email/text responses to our conversation and lack there of. This work was done in the last 6 months. So very recent. They didn’t even come back to finish the job….
We contacted Kenny’s a few months ago for a estimate on installing hardwood floors in our living room and refinishing our existing floors. My husband repeatedly contacted them asking for the estimate and never received one. I actually gave them another chance and contacted them a few weeks ago, I have yet to receive a call back. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this experience was less than satisfactory.
They highly recommended a higher price grout but did not stand behind it when it failed. Very disappointed!! Also did not return phone calls. Poor customer service!!

Becky, we are sorry for your experience at Kenny's. Your contractor came in and bought the grout himself and installed it himself. We have been in contact with your contractor this entire time about the grout. We asked you to please contact him multiple times. Kenny's did not install the material so we don't warranty a contractor work.
Kenny’s Tile was used by our builder and we didn’t have a choice in using them or a different company. They tiled over a vent hole in one of our bathrooms and we just found another vent hole that they carpeted over in one of the bedrooms. We requested they come repair some carpet where they left a hole during installation and that has still never happened. They don’t provide quality service and have terrible customer service as well. We will never recommend using Kenny’s Tile!
