Montauk Property needed a face-lift. (Some maintenance.. Painting, repairs etc.) There were 2 doors into room, back and front. Only front door had keypad for entry. So if you park in back ( which we were told to) you would have to walk around to the front door to get in because there was no keycard or keypad for back door. If you needed to go to your car you would have to prop the back door open. Or walk around to get back in. Rooms were clean. Bed and blankets really comfy. Big leather chair for watching TV.
