Friendly, comfortable, well-located. The bathroom light and ventilator were on the same switch, so when I tried to get up without waking up my daughter, the ventilator (very loud) woke her right up. I also (I guess) understand why the price for a simple room in Montauk on a weekend during the pandemic was so high, but I could have stayed in a luxury hotel in New York for two nights for that price. Good
Wonderful place to stay The fire pit was out of service. The room was very clean. The pool was clean and very nice. The location was great. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was very good.
Very well kept Inn with great staff. Kenny the owner is the BEST!!!! I didn't like that there were no restrooms available outside your room. Ex: if you were laying by the pool, you'd have to go back to your room to use the restroom. The room was so pretty! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and the AC worked great.

Good Broken garden furniture. Old carpets. Dark room. Room was very clean & comfortable but rather dark. Common areas really need a major spruce-up, but location can’t be beat & staff is lovely.

Good value and location in Montauk Very minor, put not enough light in the room, otherwise, no issues The hotel is located near the harbor. Walking distance to Harbor beach, Gosman’s, charter boats, and other bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to downtown Montauk and ocean beaches. Pool, propane grills and fire outs for hanging out at the hotel. Reasonably priced, for Montauk in the summer. Rooms themselves are clean and basic, but you don’t go to Montauk to hangout in your room
