Very Good Rooms could be updated a little but were still clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The outdoor areas were fabulous and the pool area was well kept and enjoyable. The bbq area is a great facility along with the couches and firepit area for relaxing or gathering with friends or other guests. Will defo return here when in Montauk again.
Awesome We stay in the one bedroom apartment and I wish it was a second AC in the living room area so we didn’t have to keep door open Widows need blackout curtains so we can sleep late ... or bring eye mask 🤩 Love the location! Great staff, the bbq in the facility is a big plus!

Great spot! Close to gosmans, friendly helpful staff, fun pool area; towels included at pool. Fire pits and a Buddha gar Lovely helpful staff. Perfect size room for 3 adults and 3 children. Loved that the rooms have front door to pool and rear door to parking lot on first floor.
Pleasant & relaxing stay relaxing. Shower knob was very tight and difficult to turn on and a challenge to chase the right temperature. We had a third person who slept on the couch but there was no separate entrance from the living room to the bathroom so had to go through the bedroom. Also, I though we were getting a sleeper sofa, but the couch was suitable for this stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Extra Kudos to Nico. Walking distance to available restaurant. Relaxing and will return The other guests were so nice to talk to. The owner was very nice and his staff were extremely helpful. John was the best!
