Feels like Privacy film on every door and window...felt cave like. Musty room smell..could be from cleaning supplies but definitely needed some airing out. Large kitchen..front and back doors to apartment. Lovely zen-like gazebo. Location to Gosman's dock, Westlake and Star Island Marina. Friendly staff..front desk and housekeeping. Quaint covered sitting and fire pit conversation areas. Nice pool area. Pet-friendly!

Awesome The rooms need a paint touch up and the shower area needs better drainage. Would be better if there was a microwave in each room. Expensive but cheaper than other hotels nearby without a pool. The price was expected for the Montauk area. Excellent location. Loved the amenities, outdoor area and pool. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
Great staff, facility needs improvment Hotel needs some renovation. Although it was well taken care of (garden, lights, atmosphere were all well taken care of) it needs modernization: replace the curtains (not thick enough to darken the room), remove the old carpet, replace bathrooms parts where you can see oxidation, get a good paint job. Wifi was also very poor inside the room. Staff is the greatest asset of the Inn. They are friendly and kind and were in a great part responsible for our good time.
Great end of summer stay, great price Shower head was mediocre Great price, roomy, balcony, pool, ice machine, Very private, clean and comfortable beds, easy access, easy parking, restaurant and beach close by.
