Very Good I was out of the room all day until about 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned during that time. When housekeeping finally arrived I just asked them to clean bathroom but they didn’t touch the sink which had a lot of sand and no soap. They should have done more considering they didn’t have to make up the beds vacuum, etc Friendly staff.

Awesome The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the large tub you had to climb into to shower. Truthfully I couldn’t recommend it to my older friends who would not be able to climb in. We liked the new room and terrace.
Great place to stay in Montauk, quiet, yet VERY close to everything, the beach, restaurants, etc. Not much, I guess I wish there was a stairs. We had a room on the second floor, and the only way up and down is the stairs, even with our lugggage. The facilities were great and would recommend to others and look forward to commimg back. Having no power when we arrived and not being able to shower or clean up before going out to dinner. we actually had no power from the time we checked in until 7:30pm, my say was still good and staff was very informative. Maybe we can get a little credit back due to the outage so I can come back before the end of the summer. Thanks.
