Exceptional The young man at the desk was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and beyond pleasant and positive, he was a delightful old soul with a contagious energy and smile. In addition to the cleanliness and lovely stay, He was the biggest reason we went back a second time! And will go back again!

Awesome There was no breakfast and nobody said anything also the phones in room and no cell service
A convenient motel close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Nothing. It was nice. Kenny's Tipperary Inn is in a great location. Within in walking distance is several restaurants, ice cream stands, a clam bar, and several shops. The beach is just beyond the shops and is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The village of Montauk is just a short drive away. There are fishing boats and ferries at the next door Marina. The famous lighthouse is just a 10 minute drive away and has easy access road.

Exceptional very roomy rooms, very clean and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and Grosman where you can see beautiful sunsets.
Very Good Checkin the first day was not until 3:30 and check out on the day we were leaving was 10:30. Which didn’t really give us a full day on either day. It was near a small beach and shopping. We were able to walk to a beach and to food and stores.
