Quiet and serene stay, walking distance to the Block Island Sound WiFi was poor, and my cell service (T-mobile) was almost non-existant. If they added a WiFi booster or repeater it would be very appreciated. I can imagine when they are in full-season the signal must be terrible. Check-in was almost automatic. Great last minute stay! Awesome stay. We unexpectedly had to stay in montauk for the night and I booked us a room very late and last minute. It was a great relief to find a place so accommodating. Check in was smooth. Everything was super clean and comfortable. They were also able to extend a late check out to me and for that I am so grateful. Would definitely return. Highly recommend this location.

Comfortable accommodations, well located. Only negative was no coffee maker in room. Otherwise fine establishment. Very convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful.
