Was a great overnight trip Nothing Bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size.
Exceptional There really was nothing that I didn't like. Great place. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Large comfy rooms with balcony. Absolutely amazing and at such a low price.

Nice place. Not luxury but perfect for Montauk based on price. Broke Ken down car in jack was a bit No sheets for pull out. Location, staff. Room was quaint
We had a blast! Old shower and sink fixtures. Needs updating. Very pretty property! The pool area was perfect.
Exceptional Would have liked coffee maker and or microwave. Have been coming here for several years, notice big increase of pets.. Very Friendly and competent staff. Clean rooms!
Good The beds were so uncomfortable! While the rooms were updated and modern, the exterior of the buildings is not in good shape and looks very run down. I was worried once we got there that rooms would be that way too but we were pleasantly surprised by the updated room. The staff, particularly the young man at the front desk, was exceptional. He was wonderful to deal with and helped with everything we asked of him. Other staff was also very friendly. Pool area is lovely.
