Exceptional Everything was perfect. And as i get older thatt end of town is way better.

We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of Wi-Fi was frustrating. Bathroom needed updating. Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. Refrigerator was broken. Comfortable accommodations. The pool area outside lounging was beautiful.
A cute inn with nice, large rooms. We really enjoyed our stay, but would prefer if the checkout time was a bit later than 10am so we could enjoy the pool or go out into town for longer. We booked this last minute and were very surprised with how large and spacious our room was! They also had firepits outside near the pool which was such a nice touch.

Nicely located and super pet friendly Toilet without windows, WiFi not covering properly full hotel. Location is 5min Uber drive from everywhere in montauk. If you have a pet, you are going to love it (since we have small pet they charged only 50$ surcharge and not 125$).
