Good WiFi didn’t work The pool looked nice
Needs work The lightning and there was no place to iron your clothes had to call for iron did not worth the money your offered nothing was waiting for this day to leave boring place but it has potential they need to spruce it up and fix the outside decor in the middle it really has potential the kitchen and closet space
Lovely staff. Hotel in a good position. Would stay in the summer. We were too early in the season to use the lovely pool area. The tv was not working properly and the windows were opaque so we could not see out if the room. The staff were really helpful and very nice. They made our visit really enjoyable. The pool area was lovely. The room large and spacious.
Exceptional Room is really dark. Obviously one doesn’t come to Montauk to stay in a room all day, but a window would have been nice:) Very simple check in, friendly to the dog and perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Expected accommodations for the price. The bathroom had no space to hold any toiletries. It was just a small sink outside of the bathroom. Room was perfect size.
