Other than the mattresses sinking in the middle, this place was very nice. Grounds were beautiful, room was very clean, Mattresses were in need of replacing. Very uncomfortable. Great location for our family.
Convenient fun place for a visit to Montauk. Air conditioner in living room didn't fully cool the bedrooms. Great location. Very friendly staff.
Not terrible but not worth the price I paid. The kitchen was not finished. Couldn’t open cabinetry bc hardware was never installed. Refrigerator door was put on the wrong side making it difficult to open the door. Coffee machine but no coffee to make. Bed pillows were uncomfortable and no air conditioning in bedroom. Overall, overpaid for room…$970 for two nights when they were actually renting them for half the price. In this situation don’t book early here! Location was good
Nicest property in that area. We left our room around 10AM the first day and our room was not cleaned because they tried earlier and did not check back later. The second day it was cleaned but our personal cloth bag of snacks next to the refrigerator was thrown out by the cleaning lady. The property was beautiful, clean, and nicely landscaped with areas of tables and chairs. Plenty of parking. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Terrific place. Better than anything we’ve seen in Montauk. Great location. Great pool and surroundings. Very comfortable. And especially, excellent hosts. Loved the Zen gazebo! Thanks, Lazara and Eddie!
Great. Will come back again. Front desk woman was so nice and helpful. Housekeeping was very attentive loved the type of music they played by the pool
