Good The rooms had ants and the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. Very nice property in a convenient location.

Very Good Very expensive for the type of hotel.
Exceptional Everything was clean. Family oriented and not noisy.
Very Good Einige Gäste feierten bis spät die Nacht, und da das Hotel doch sehr "hellhörig" ist, kam es mitunter zu Lärmbelästigungen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich sich Restaurants, zu Strand sind es 10 Gehminuten, nach Montauk Ocean Side/ Zentrum nimmt man besser das Auto (5 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Parkplätze sind im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung des Zimmer war sehr gut, auch die der Küche. Es gibt auch einen Garten und gut gepflegten Swimming Pool.

Loved it. Just wish there was a better restaurant/bar food options on the property. Room was great. Property was clean, nice pool area and staff amazing.

Very Good Needs an elevator to second floor I was pleasantly surprised at how quaint this property was. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Exceptional There are no words to describe how wonderful my stay at this hotel was. This is my second year going to Montauk and staying here. Last year I rented a room and this year one of their apartments. We had a BBQ and cooked marshmallows outside. Not to mention the meditation place they have as well. The place is vintage but perfectly clean, unbeatable prices!
