Exceptional Amazing time and great facilities
Loved staying in the heart of Montauk! Liked the space and cleanliness and convenience of location.
Very Good Very noisy , needs updating with the tv / remote and the flow of the room. The bathroom shower was an absolute safety hazard climbing over a high marble tub to shower !!! The toilet over flowed , staff couldn’t be more apologetic and helpful, but it was adding up. The ceiling fan was creepy / noisy . The staff amazing and kind. The room was a nice size and clean .

As always it’s a wonderful stay. I was disappointed that I got the double apartment which holds 4-5 people we had 4 peo It was very nice except for the restaurant. The owner was nasty and yelled at us not to walk our dog around his area. Everything

Other than the mattresses sinking in the middle, this place was very nice. Grounds were beautiful, room was very clean, Mattresses were in need of replacing. Very uncomfortable. Great location for our family.
Convenient fun place for a visit to Montauk. Air conditioner in living room didn't fully cool the bedrooms. Great location. Very friendly staff.
Not terrible but not worth the price I paid. The kitchen was not finished. Couldn’t open cabinetry bc hardware was never installed. Refrigerator door was put on the wrong side making it difficult to open the door. Coffee machine but no coffee to make. Bed pillows were uncomfortable and no air conditioning in bedroom. Overall, overpaid for room…$970 for two nights when they were actually renting them for half the price. In this situation don’t book early here! Location was good
