overall good experience one of the 3rd room we rented for my kids was not updated but charged the same amount. check in was 3:30, room was not ready until 4. updated room with brand new kitchen

Good place for a solo traveler I would have liked more light in the room not only I liked the garden and the relax atmosphere

Very Good Just a word of warning that the rooms are all very close to the common outdoor area around the pool, which can get quite noisy if people are using it late at night. We asked them to keep it down and they did with no issues, but just bear it in mind, since obviously there's not much the staff can do about it. Excellent value for money, and as good a base as any to explore what little there is to see in Montauk.
