Exceptional I have no complaints. Next time im on the long island, I will be staying at Kenny's! I was visiting Montauk from Indiana, it had a very comfortable midwest home feeling.
for the price, it’s a good place the facilities are old , the toilet not working and the staff took a while to fix it, also the pillow was bit dusty/dirty. good location, only 10 mins drive to the lighthouse, and also close to the town, about 5 mins driving distance.
Good for a brief stay, clean. The locks on the doors weren't easy to use. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling in the shower, borderline hole. The location was great, very close to everything in Montauk. The staff were very kind.

relaxing week visiting beaches state parks and eating at local spots I liked the property off season I am sure hopping in the summer off season quiet clean easy to get to places nearby
