Pleasant The AC set all the way to 60 degrees still didn't cool the room down well. The bathroom was very tight and the tub was slippery and narrow. It needed updating. Room had a bit of a musty smell, I think from the AC. The outdoor furniture around the fire pit needs replacing. The fire pit also did not light up. Overall its still a decent value for Montauk. fave place i don’t like how they knocked on our door at exactly 10:30. i literally paid a weeks work of salary to stay there for one night- the least they could let us do is check out at 11:30 or noon! i worked hard to be able to stay there! and there were plenty of rooms to clean before ours if needed. i love the location property and cleanliness !
Exceptional Second time staying here. The rooms are very clean and nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel. The location was good. Right by Gossmans dock. The price is very reasonable. I’ll be back again.
Fishing trip Located across the road from the marina so, extremely convenient. Older, refurbished motel. The room was clean which is enough for me. The bed was not very comfortable but for one or two nights it was fine. The pool was really nice and the outside areas were set up with fire pits and plenty of seating. The linens and towels were clean. The restaurant on sight was also good. We will come again.
Exceptional Na Pool was great near thing’s
Cute place! The only thing that was a little weird was the wiring in our room. We would plug our phone charger into one outlet and the light and ceiling fan would turn off. Not a huge deal but sort of random. I also wish there was a hook in the bathroom! Beautiful outdoor area, friendly staff, great location to walk to Gosmans and other restaurants nearby. We booked last minute and got a great deal.
Hidden Gem This is the second time we have stayed here.. it had beautiful grounds a clean swimming pool with towels. It is in walking distance to all restaurants near Gosmans Dock and a cute little bar called Lynn’s Hula Hut. Rooms are clean and spacious and new towels are given each day! Staff is kind and hardworking! Definitely worth the stay. See u next summer Kennys
