Awesome Price
Looking for somewhere to stay for quick visit to Montauk and quite inexpensive. Look no further! You had to drive to get to the main town area as well as the main beaches. The beds weren't the best comfort wise and the bathroom area was a bit close if you're a tall person as well as a weighty person. Location was o.k. as did have a beach down the road. The rooms were a good size and plenty of parking for the number of rooms on the property and have a pool was a nice. Overall for the price it was worth the location
Accomplished objective to Provide coffee maker / microwave Location close to Restaurants There was no breakfast —- main disappointment was no coffee maker in room - for $400 per night, one UNC surely afford at least a cheap coffee maker. Was told coffee available at front desk but that did not open til after 8 or 9. Microwave would’ve nice feature as well since there was a fridge.

Pleasant The AC set all the way to 60 degrees still didn't cool the room down well. The bathroom was very tight and the tub was slippery and narrow. It needed updating. Room had a bit of a musty smell, I think from the AC. The outdoor furniture around the fire pit needs replacing. The fire pit also did not light up. Overall its still a decent value for Montauk. fave place i don’t like how they knocked on our door at exactly 10:30. i literally paid a weeks work of salary to stay there for one night- the least they could let us do is check out at 11:30 or noon! i worked hard to be able to stay there! and there were plenty of rooms to clean before ours if needed. i love the location property and cleanliness !
Exceptional Second time staying here. The rooms are very clean and nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel. The location was good. Right by Gossmans dock. The price is very reasonable. I’ll be back again.
Fishing trip Located across the road from the marina so, extremely convenient. Older, refurbished motel. The room was clean which is enough for me. The bed was not very comfortable but for one or two nights it was fine. The pool was really nice and the outside areas were set up with fire pits and plenty of seating. The linens and towels were clean. The restaurant on sight was also good. We will come again.
